William P. Chen

William P. Chen, age 37, passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at Lightways Hospice House in Joliet.

William is survived by his beloved parents Paul and Kimberly (née Giblin) Chen, Son Archer, fiancé Kristy Ledvina, and stepdaughter Alexis Aguirre; sister Lyndsey (Adam) Thompson; niece Alexis Thompson; and Gavin Thompson; his paternal grandparents; and numerous Aunts and Uncles.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents and his Uncle Jimmy Giblin.

William was a huge NFL Football fan and he loved Fantasy Football. He had a deep passion for all kinds of music, and in his younger years, enjoyed playing bass guitar. He loved cooking and grilling. He was known to boast that he always made the "best Chili". He loved Thanksgiving because it combined his favorite things, spending time with loved ones, cooking for everyone, and watching football. Most of all, he Loved Archer deeply, as well as his stepdaughter, niece, and nephews. Billy is loved and will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers monetary donations for his Son Archers future would be appreciated.
