Age 81 of Frankfort, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2015, Loving husband of the late Patricia Placek (nee Hassman); beloved father of Heather (Keith) Cichon and Paul (Melissa) Placek; dearest grandfather of Adam and Nathan Cichon, Charlie, Emery and Lucas Placek and many nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 7th, 2015 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423.
