Age 91, formerly of Olympia Fields and Chicago Heights passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2019. Loving wife of the late Pasquale Fares; beloved mother of Patricia (James Kreske) Fares O’Malley, Michael (Mary Alice Quinn) Fares, David (Kathleen Doerr) Fares and Judith (Paul Baty) Fares; dearest sister of the late Lena Granno (late Albert) Fares; cherished grandmother of Christine (Lawrence) O’Malley Martineau, John O’Malley III, Nathan Fares, Dana Fares, Late Gina Fares, Joshua (Angela Burns) Kreske, Caitlin Fares, Anthony Fares; proud great grandmother of Joshua and Mia O’Malley, Noah and Nico Martineau, and Ian, Lily and Amelia Kreske; also survived by many nieces and nephews. A memorial visitation will be held at the St. Rocco Oratory 315 22nd St. Chicago Heights, IL 60411 on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM with a memorial mass at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow to Calvary Cemetery, Steger. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital would be appreciated.
