VALENTINE T. LESNIK
(BOSMAN)
Valentine T. Lesnik (nee Bosman) born in Beveren-Waas, Belgium on March 5, 1928. Passed away December 4, 2017 after a lingering illness.
Preceded in death by her husband Carl "Corky", her parents, Gustaf & Sophie Bosman, her sister Juliette Kurn, her brother Clement Bosman, who was killed in action in WWII, and son-in-law David Montello.
Survived by one daughter, Diane Montello, three sons, Michael (Debbie) Lesnik of Fredericksburg, Virginia; Thomas (Bonnie) Lesnik of Conroe, Texas; and James Lesnik, seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers please donate to Joliet Area Community Hospice or a charity of your choice.
Family will receive friends at Goodale Memorial Chapel, 912 S. Hamilton Street, Lockport, on Friday, December 8th, 2017 from 3:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral service, Saturday, December 9th, 2017 with prayers at the funeral home at 10:00 AM and then to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 410 S. Jefferson Street, Lockport, IL 60441 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM. Interment, Resurrection Cemetery, Romeoville, IL. For information, www.goodalememorialchapel.com or 815-838-1533.
