Thomas R. Maxwell
Age 59, of Frankfort formerly of Harvey, passed away Wednesday, January 29th, 2014. Cherished husband of late Kristine Maxwell; Loving father of Dani (Stephen) Zerebny, Jill (Mike) Maksymec, Shelley, Carly and late Kimberly Maxwell; beloved son of Richard (Fairy) and late Florence (nee Green) Maxwell; dearest brother of Ellen (Charles) DeMeyer and Beth Maxwell- Zioncheck and proud grandfather of Rylan Zerebny.
Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423, Monday, February 3, 2014 from 3-9 PM. Funeral service, Tuesday, February 4 2014 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment Chapel Hill Garden South Cemetery, Oak Lawn. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to American Brain Tumor Association www.abta.org would be appreciated.
