Age 55, of Orland Park passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2014. Loving husband of Dianne (nee Malkowski); beloved father of Kymberly (Joe) Holwell, Thomas "Tommy" and Kaitlyn; dearest son of Thomas and Carol (nee Soltis); cherished brother of Steven (Susan), Jack (Susan) and Jeffrey (Brigette); dear son in law of Ray and Emily Malkowski; fond brother in law of Laurie and Dan (Sue) Malkowski; proud uncle to many nieces and nephews. Thomas was a two time Ironman finisher. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Friday, October 10, 2014 from 3-9PM. Funeral Service at Parkview Christian Church 11100 Orland Parkway, Orland Park, IL 60467 on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 10:00AM Interment will follow to Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Frankfort. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (RIC) Northwestern Memorial Hospital would be appreciated.
