Thomas A. Czerak, age 52, a resident of Lockport, IL passed away on Monday, September 19, 2016. Loving father of Neil (Stacy Osborn) Scala and Christy Czerak; beloved son of Sandra C. Gundry; cherished grandfather of Aven Scala; treasured brother of Alan Czerak and Charlene (Susan Danos) Gundry; dearest partner of Linda Cueva. Tom enjoyed listening to music and attending concerts. His favorite band was Rush. Funeral services private.
