Age 72, a resident of Naples, FL. Passed away on Saturday, December 19, 2020. Devoted wife of 53 years to Michael Lemmons; beloved daughter of Josephine and the late Eugene Pontillo; loving mother of Michael (Gigi) Lemmons, Brandon Lemmons, and the late Nicholas Lemmons; cherished grandmother of Michael, Amber, Megan, Kendal, Dylan, Elly, and Carter; dear sister of Jean Anne (William) Palmby and RoseAnne Pontillo; also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews. Theresa enjoyed traveling, baking, golfing, and especially spending time with her family. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Monday, December 28, 2020 from 3-8 PM. Lying in State, Tuesday, December 29, 2020 from 9:00 AM until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM at St. Jude Catholic Church, 241 W. 2nd Ave., New Lenox, IL 60451. Interment private. WEARING MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL IN ATTENDANCE. NO FOOD PERMITTED IN THE FUNERAL HOME.
