Theodore "Ted" A. Harris

78, of Frankfort formerly of Palos Hills and Chicago, passed away on Thursday, June 29th, 2017. Loving husband of Sally Harris; beloved father of George (Linda) Harris and Kathleen (Frank) Mungo; dearest son of the late Arthur and Vera (Manseau) Harris; cherished grandfather of Jeremy Harris, Nicole Harris, Ava Mungo and Frank Theodore Mungo; fond nephew of Mildred (Ted) Thurston, Margaret (Ed) Sturm, Katherine (Andy) O'Donnell, Elizabeth (Frank) Swanberg, Helen (Rolf) Haller, Vera (George) Andielic, and the late Bud Manseau; dear cousin of Judy and Tom and the late Marilyn and late Donna. Ted was a veteran of the U.S. Marines and an electrician for Local #134, an avid skydiver, cowboy and enjoyed rodeos, he also was a member of the Rifleman's Association. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 from 6-8 PM, with a funeral service at 8:00 PM in the funeral home chapel.
