Tara Kaack Schwark

Age 39, of Mokena formerly of Oak Forest and Manteno, passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2017. Loving daughter of Frank and the late Georgene (Baker) Schwark; beloved sister of Tyson Schwark, Tami (Mike) Willett and Travis (Melissa) Schwark; dearest aunt of Tristan, Makaylah and Trenton Schwark, Hayden, Graysen and Briella Willett and Brennan and Kylie Schwark. She is also survived by her best friend and caretaker Dawn Derby and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Family will receive friends on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Funeral services on Friday, April 21, 2017 prayers in the funeral home chapel at 9:30 AM leaving for St. Anthony Catholic Church for a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial.
