SIGNE K. SMITH
(BERNARDONI)
Age 42, of Joliet, passed away August 7th, 2016 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
Signe is survived by her loving family, parents, John & Brenda Bernardoni (Spivey), maternal grandmother, Virginia Cumming, brother, Todd (Katie) Bernardoni, nephew, Evan Bernardoni and niece Emily Bernardoni.
Signe was a member of Ridgewood Baptist Church in Joliet and also a member of the American Horse Association. She was a BSN graduate of Olivet Nazarene University and a FNP-BC graduate of University of St. Francis School of Nursing. Signe was employed as a Nurse Practitioner at Associated Cardiovascular Physicians in Palos Heights.
Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Wednesday, August 10th, 2016 from 4:00 PM until time of funeral service at 7:00 PM. Interment, will be private. For information, www.kurtzmorialchapel.com or 815-485-3200.
