Roy M. Hensley, Jr.
87, of Frankfort, passed away Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice House. He is survived by his loving family; children Anna Marie (Ron Miller) Hensley, Christian Hensley, Terri Hensley and Lawrence (Christine) Hensley, Sr.; grandchildren Amber, Taylor, Afton, Nicole, Kellyn, Lawrence, Jr. and Leah; 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife Elaine Hensley and 2nd wife Bonnie Hensley; parents Roy and Clara Hensley, Sr.; sisters Betty Berchem, Mardell Salmen, Evelyn Worth, Adeline Spelbring and brothers Medford Hensley, Harold Hensley, Eugene Hensley and Robert Hensley. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, owner of Hensley Electric and a member of IBEW Local # 134 for over 50 years. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Sunday, September 17, 2017 from 2pm – 7pm. Funeral Service Monday, September 18, 2017 at 10:00AM in the funeral home chapel.
