Rosemary S. Hourigan (nee Corcoran)

Age 92, of New Lenox, IL passed away Saturday, January 10, 2026, at her home. Rosemay was born in Chicago to the late John and Matilda (nee May) Corcoran.

Beloved wife of the late James F. Hourigan; loving mother of Karen (the late Russell) Frank, Michael (Judith) Hourigan, and Julie Rapsky; cherished grandmother of Brian (Meghan) Hanley, Nayomi Hourigan, Chad (Kerry) Hourigan, Cheryl (Mike) Koch, James (Brittany) Hourigan, Michael (Aviree) Hourigan; proud great grandmother of 13; loved aunt, cousin, and friend of many. She was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters

Rosemary worked for Carson Pirie Scott for many years. Rosemary enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Services are private and she will be buried next to her husband at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Evergreen Park, IL.
