Ronald R. Palmer, Sr.

Age 79, of New Lenox, IL passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, February 5, 2026. Ronald was born in Chicago, IL to the late Rose M. (nee Dwyer) Palmer.

Beloved husband of Carmella (nee Abbruzzese) Palmer; loving father of Christina (late David) Keuch, Charlotte (Brian) Fish, Ronald Jr. (Krissy) Palmer, Mary (Christopher) Clark, and Kyle Palmer; cherished grandfather of Jeffrey (Max) Keuch, Kayla Palmer, Hailey Palmer, Milania Clark, and Summer Palmer; proud great grandfather of Evie Keuch; dear brother of the late Diane Palmer; loved uncle, cousin, and friend of many.

Ron was a retired stationary engineer at Miglin-Beitler, Chicago, IL. He was a U.S. Army Veteran. Ron enjoyed watching football and golf, and spending time with family and friends. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Inurnment with full military honors will take place at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL at a later date.
