37, formerly of Mokena, passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2018. Loving son of Gina (Steve) Blazek and Robert (Annie) Hoffman Sr; dear brother of Michelle Blazek; beloved grandson of Beverley and Frank Ciangi, the late Kenneth Hansen, the late Elda Hoffman, and the late Arline (the late Gerald) Blazek; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. Bob was excitedly looking forward to becoming an uncle. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, New Lenox on Monday, May 14, 2018 from 3:00pm until time of Funeral Service at 8:00pm.
