Robert J. Grannum Sr.

Robert Grannum Sr., age 83, passed away at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, on Thursday, October 26, 2023.

Robert is survived by grandchildren, Melanie (Greg) Dubs, Amanda (Paul) Losiniecki, and Jason Grannum; great-grandchildren, Joshua, Alivia, Brodie, Logan, Ellie, Scarlett, Cailin, Alaina, Olivia, and Logan; daughter-in-law Jane Grannum; son-in-law Daniel Drewry;

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Patricia Grannum; parents Earl and Pauline Grannum; children, Catherine Drewry, and Robert Grannum Jr.; his grandson Robert Grannum III; and his siblings, Earl, William, John, Alice, Helen, Margie, Pauline, and Richard.

Robert will be remembered for being a proud union carpenter for many years and he even built the house that he lived in for the last 50 years. He enjoyed the outdoors, including camping, fishing, and maintaining his garden. He found joy in gambling, especially slot machines. He also enjoyed spending time watching football.
