Ralph A. Eisenbrandt

Age 86, of Frankfort, passed away Monday, August 11th, 2025 at Thrive of Fox Valley in Aurora.

Ralph is survived by his loving family, children, Wendy (James) Rinke, AnnKaryn (Ronald) Bettenhausen, Paul (Kris) Eisenbrandt, grandchildren, Erin, Jamie, Kylee, Elizabeth, Max, Amber, Zowee, Steeler, great grandchildren, David, Evan, Ivy-Lou, sister, Vivienne Ellis, special niece Cathy and her husband David Dutro who was also a longtime friend of Ralph's.

Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, Victor & Minnie Eisenbrandt (Carlson), brother, Melvin Eisenbrandt, brother in-law, Gene Ellis and sister in-law Gladys Eisenbrandt.

Ralph was a longtime member and Sunday School Teacher at St. Peter’s United Church of Christ in Frankfort and former Deputy Chief of the Frankfort Fire Department. He retired from Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad after 44 years of service; was the founding President of the Frankfort Area Historical Society and 911 Coordinator for Will County.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Thursday, August 21st, 2025 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM and again on Friday, August 22nd, 2025 at St. Peter’s United Church of Christ, 12 West Sauk Trail, Frankfort, IL 60423 from 10:00 AM until time of the funeral service at 11:00 AM. Interment, Frankfort Township Cemetery, Frankfort IL.
