RALPH A. SOPCAK

Age 84, of New Lenox, passed away Thursday, November 1st, 2012 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.

Ralph is survived by his loving family, wife, Jeanne Sopcak (nee Zbylut), children, Lynnmarie (Walter) Finn, Sharon (Jim) Phelan, brother-in-law, Vernon (Judith) Zbylut, grandchildren, Kimberly, Karen, Bill, Amanda, Alexandra and great grandchild Kendall.

Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, Anton & Johanna Sopcak (nee Oskvarek) and brother, James (Marie) Sopcak.

Ralph was a United States Army Veteran and a member of the Third Order of St. Francis.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451, Sunday, November 4th, 2012 from 3:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral service, Monday, November 5th, 2012 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30 AM and then to St. Jude Catholic Church, 241 W. 2nd Avenue, New Lenox, IL 60451 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM.
