19, of Mokena, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2016. Rachel is survived by her loving family; parents James and Susan (nee Wagner) Sweet; brother Randel Sweet; grandparents Edward and Mildred Wagner; uncles Edward (Carol) Wagner, Thomas (Eileen) Sweet and Steven (Mary) Sweet and aunt Barbara Sweet; Rachel was preceded in death by grandparents George and Teresa Sweet. Rachel was a graduate of Lincoln Way West High School. Family will receive friends on Friday, January 6, 2017 at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd. New Lenox IL 60451 from 3:00PM until 9:00PM. Funeral services on Saturday, January 7, 2017 prayers in the funeral home chapel at 9:30AM leaving for St. Jude Catholic Church, New Lenox for a 10:00AM Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow at Good Shepherd Cemetery, Orland Park.
