PHILLIP A. TOTH

Age 80, of Frankfort, passed away on Friday, June 9th 2017 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.

Phillip is survived by his loving family, wife, Patricia Toth (Jerome), children, Phillip M. (Diane) Toth, Linda (Roy) Oyer, daughter-in-law, Cathy LaMontagne-Toth, grandchildren, Jacob Toth, Justin Oyer, siblings, David Cebulski, James Cebulski, Deborah Frederick, sister-in-law, Sally Voss (Jerome), brothers-in-law, Tom (Rita) Jerome, George (Diane) Jerome, several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Phillip was preceded in death by his parents, Phil R. & Helen Toth (Yokobaitis).

Phillip was a veteran of the Indiana Army National Guard; he enjoyed supporting the Chicago Cubs, the Chicago Bears and was an avid golfer.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Thursday, June 15th, 2017 from 3:00 PM until time of service at 7:00 PM. Interment will be private.
