Peter A. Rogers

Peter A. Rogers, age 79, a resident of Monee formerly of Chicago, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022. Loving husband of Kimberly Rogers (Stopka); dearest son-in-law of Ronald Stopka, Brother-in-law Greg Stopka beloved uncle of Bryan and wife Leah and Lindsay Stopka; cherished father of his animals, cats; Stormie Lightnin, Princess Tippie, dogs Annie Blue Eyes and Odin Maximus and his 43 Koi Fish. He was preceded in death by first wife Kandice Rogers; parents Pedro Court and Visula Dolores Gonzales, his mother-in law Patricia Stopka and his cat Scooter Lightnin. Peter was a union Ironworker rigger for local #136, He was the Mother Chapter President for the Southside Outlaws since 1968. He was the World's fastest Outlaw. A visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Thursday, February 3, 2022, from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM and again on Friday, February 4, 2022, at the Outlaw Clubhouse 2601 W. 25th St. Chicago starting at 11:00 AM. Procession and interment at Maryhill Cemetery will take place on Saturday, February 5, 2022, leaving the Outlaw Clubhouse at 12:00 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to P.A.W.S. of Tinley Park would be appreciated.
