Peggy Musil-Ellul

Peggy Musil-Ellul (Gemar), age 86, went to her eternal home in the arms of Jesus on Thursday, March 24, 2022, in Cottonwood, Arizona. Peggy was born on December 22, 1935, in Petrolia, Texas, the second daughter of Faye and William Gemar. Peggy moved to the Chicago suburbs as a child and lived there the majority of her life. She graduated from Riverside Brookfield High School and later from Illinois State with a bachelor's degree in Education. Peggy was a teacher for much of life and in her later years enjoyed her work as an executive secretary at a large church. Peggy is preceded in death by her late husband John Ellul of Frankfort, IL. Peggy is survived by her daughter Laura Chesny, her granddaughter Zoey Chesny and her grandson Zander Chesny. Peggy is loved and remembered for her hearty laugh, joyful heart, and perseverance through all things. Services for Peggy will be held privately.
