Paulette McGuire

On Sunday, September 13, 2026, Paulette McGuire passed away peacefully at the age of 88. Born on June 25, 1938, in Chicago to Paul Reinholdt Hase and Mary Marie Klindworth Hase, Paulette was a longtime resident of Frankfort, Illinois.

For decades, Paulette devoted her life to education, shaping the minds and hearts of generations of Frankfort's children. Her patience, intellect, and profound care left an indelible mark on every classroom she led and every student she inspired. Beyond her career, she cherished her lifelong friendships and gave generously of her time to volunteer work in the community. Her true essence was defined by a rare, radiant kindness—she was a woman deeply considerate of others, finding joy in the quiet grace of everyday life.

Paulette is now reunited with her beloved husband of more than 40 years, Jerome McGuire; her parents; her sister, Margaret Harris; and her daughter, Kelley. Her memory and gentle spirit live on through her sons, John McGuire and Kevin McGuire and his wife, Kris Wolf McGuire, and her cherished grandchildren, Ireland, Maxton, and Samantha.

Family and friends will gather for a graveside memorial on Sunday, October 11, at 10:30 AM at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, 21495 S. Elsner Road in Frankfort. Following the service, the family invites all to celebrate her remarkable life in the Mica Room at CD&ME, 23320 LaGrange Road in Frankfort, beginning at 12:00 PM.
