Age 68 of Frankfort, passed away on Wednesday, November 11th 2015 at The University of Chicago Medical Center in Chicago.
Paulette is survived by her loving family, husband, David Belangee, daughters, Nicole Stirzen, Victoria (Mark) Ashby, siblings, Pamela Daly, Marilyn (Robert) Moody, grandchildren, Matthew (Kristie) Noel, Ryan Stirzen, Joyanna Stirzen and great grandchild, Savannah Noel.
Paulette was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer & Lillian Blunk (Gavril).
Paulette was a member of Hickory Creek Church in Frankfort.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, November 15th, 2015 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423.
