Paul Edward Bolek 

Age 71, of Bear Lake, MI, passed away Saturday, October 21, 2023, at Silver Cross Hospital, New Lenox, IL. Paul was born in Iron Mountain, MI to the late Edward P. and Arlene A. (Alm) Bolek and grew up in Norway, MI. Beloved husband of Hester (Ebidon) Bolek; loving father of Jason (Kimberly) Bolek and Kevin (Tanya) Bolek; cherished grandfather of Isabella and Daphne Bolek; dear brother of Lori (Ric Parolini) Bolek-Parolini and Lawrence (late Carla) Bolek; loved uncle of Brett Bolek; cousin and friend of many. Paul was General Counsel for Woman’s Life Insurance Society, Port Huron, MI. He enjoyed weightlifting, woodworking, hiking with his beloved dogs, and biking. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at Grace Memorial Life Celebration Center in Smith Creek, MI.
