Patrick Thomas Ortiz
Age 34, late of Channahon formerly of New Lenox, passed away suddenly, September 21, 2014. He is survived by his loving family; his mother Margaret (nee Mahoney); siblings Colleen (Tony) Krueger, Kelly (Joe) Pierce, Jim Ortiz and Tim Ortiz; nieces and nephews Anthony, Kelly, Ruben and Elizabeth Krueger, Liam, Kelsey and Brayden Pierce. He was preceded in death by his father Ruben Ortiz. Patrick was an electrician for Exxon Mobile. Services for Patrick were private. Funeral arrangements handled by Kurtz Memorial Chapel, Frankfort
