PATRICIA L. MATIASEK

Age 86, of Lockport, passed away Friday, January 11th, 2013 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.
Patricia is survived by her loving family, children, William (Jill) Matiasek, Karen (Mario) Carli, grandchildren, Michelle Carli, Nicole (Bradley) Mowery, William (Daniela) Matiasek, Jr., Jacalyn (Shane) Nolan, Brian (Callie Gregory) Matiasek, Brittany (Joel) Mastalesh, great grandchildren, Mathew, Nathan, Paige, Andrew, Emily, Shane, Addison, Mia and Alyvia.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Vincel & Laura Pirko (Faulstich), husband, Louis Matiasek, brother, James Pirko, daughter, Colleen Matiasek.
Family will receive friends at Goodale Memorial Chapel, 912 S. Hamilton Street, Lockport, IL 60441, Tuesday, January 15th 2013 from 9:00 AM until time of funeral service at 10:00 AM. Interment, Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside, IL. For information, www.goodalememorialchapel.com or 815-838-1533.
