Patricia A. Wulf, age 60, a resident of Park Forest, passed away on Sunday, April 18, 2021. Loving daughter of Theresa Kukosh (Whynott) and the late Ronald Lee Kukosh; late William Wulf father of her children; dearest mother of Jennifer (Phillip) Santelli, Tracy (Lucas) Yothment, Timothy Wulf and Danielle (Aaron) Lagacy; dear sister of Christine (George) Graniczny, Ronald (Bev) Kukosh, Sharon (Chuck) Raimondi and the late Patrick Kukosh; cherished grandmother of Timmy and Robert Wulf, Christian Lewis, Hannah and Dominic Santelli; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. A memorial visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Friday, April 30 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Memorial Mass at St. Mary Catholic Church, 19515 115th Ave, Mokena IL 60448 on Saturday, May 1, 2021, 10:00 AM. ALL ATTENDING VISITATION AND MASS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK AND SOCIAL DISTANCE. NO FOOD IS ALLOWED IN FUNERAL HOME. Interment will be private.
