Nicole A. Burklow, age 40 of Oak Forest, passed away March 8,2014, Loving daughter of Gloria Burklow and the late Norman Burklow; beloved mother of Ericka (Craig) Haase, Alyssa Koce, Mark Burklow, Taylor Valencia and Madelyn Valencia; dearest sister of Deanna (Lonny) Smith, Craig Burklow and Keith (Kim) Burklow; cherished grandchildren Deven Burklow, Jadeyn Burklow and Ayden Silva and many nieces and nephews. A memorial visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Friday, March 21, 2014 from 3:00pm until 7:00pm. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the family would be appreciated.
