Age 88, of New Lenox, passed away on Monday, October 12th, 2015 at Alden-Orland Park Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Orland Park, IL.

Naoma is survived by her loving family, children, Susan (Michael) Carduff, Margaret Stachon and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Naoma was preceded in death by her parents, Charles & Emma Collin (Radke), husband Frank V. Hladilek, Jr. and sister, Ruth (Charles "Max") Leary.

Naoma retired from Schauer Ace Hardware in Chicago after 15 years of service. She was also a former member of the Victory Club.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Friday, October 16th, 2015 from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Funeral service, Saturday, October 17th, 2015 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment, Saturday, October 17th, 2015 at 12:00 Noon, Clarendon Hills Cemetery, 6900 S. Cass Avenue, Darien, IL 60561.
