Age 81 of New Lenox, formerly of Worth, IL and Colon, MI, passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at Lightways Hospice in Joliet, IL. Nancy was born in Chicago to the late Laddie Sr and Louise (nee Ruda) Jindra. Beloved wife of the late Robert B. Galasinski; loving mother of Debra (John) Rossi, Russell (Rhonda) Galasinski, and Bobby (Laura) Galasinski, cherished grandmother of; Leslie Pitman, Amy (Nick) Litzhoff, Alicia (Aaron) Zvonek, Adam (Ashley) Galasinski, Matthew (Deanna) Galasinski, Timothy Galasinski, Kaitlyn (Philip) Piecuch, and Jonathan Rossi (Morgan); proud great grandmother of Jasmine, Naomi, Keith, Valerie, Zola, Zeke, Felicity, Aiden, Aria, Mason, Avery, and Anna; dear sister of the late Thomas (Sandy) Jindra and the late Laddie Jindra Jr; loved aunt of many; best friend of the late Judy Burklow. The family will receive friends at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, on Monday, March 6, 2023, from 3pm - 8pm. Funeral service Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at 10:00am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be private.
