Charlotte Lief nee Haschner
Age 78, of New Lenox, IL, formerly of Germany, passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2013 in New Lenox. Beloved wife of the late Robert; loving mother of Mary (Dennis) Hamilton, Jeanne (Patrick) Keable, Ann (Frank) Zacek, and Charlotte (Tom) Kovacic; cherished grandmother of Jimmy (Misty), Sarah, Alex, Mandy, Kayla, Ryan, and Joshua. Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents Karl and Else Haschner; and Sister Monica (Wolfgang) Stengel. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 Thursday, December 12, 2013 from 3-8 PM. Funeral service Friday, December 13, 2013 with chapel prayers at 9:30 AM to St. Jude Catholic Church, 241 W. 2nd Ave., New Lenox, IL for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Interment private. Memorial donations to St. Jude Catholic Church or Wounded Warriors Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675 appreciated.
