Age 72, of Frankfort, IL., and Naples, FL., passed away on December 3, 2014. Beloved wife of Peter Nielsen; loving mother of Kenneth (Jennifer Michals), Kristin (Michael) Schoon, Karin (Matthew) Miraflor, and Kyle (Jennifer Zions); cherished grandmother of Leif, Trevor, Allison, Ashley, Monica, Melodie, and Maya; dear sister of Sheldon (Judy) Fishbein; and fond aunt of Heather (Chris) Hanner. Faith was a founding mother of Northwest Community Academy in Chicago. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Monday, December 8, 2014 from 2-8 PM. Funeral service and interment private.
