Diane M. Cleveland (nee Lazar)
54, of New Lenox passed away suddenly on August 30, 2013. Beloved wife of Bruce; loving mother of: Melissa (Mark) Giackino, Jeffrey and Bruce Jr.; dear sister of: Theresa Welegala, Dorothy (Walter) Andreas, Bernadette (Tom) Rapp, and Patricia (Bob) Hanley; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. Diane was preceded in death by her 1st husband: Steven Zawacki, and brother: James Lazar. Family will receive friends at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd, New Lenox IL 60451 on Tuesday, September 3rd, 2013 from 2-9 PM. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Jude Catholic Church, 241 W. 2nd Ave., New Lenox, IL 60441 on Thursday, September 5th, 2013 at 12:30 PM. Interment will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Justice, IL.
