77, of Oak Lawn, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2015. Loving father of Steven (Sue) Berry, Susan (Rich) Simanis, and Scott (Kathy) Berry; cherished grandfather of Nicholas, Kaitlin, Kristen, Jack, and Jessica; and great-grandfather of Ryder, Jameson, and Tanner; dear brother of Joan (Bernie) Golab. He was preceded in death by his parents Walter J. Sr., and Stephanie Berry. Walter was a Army Veteran. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd., New Lenox, IL 60451 on Thursday, October 8, 2015 from 9:00 AM until time of funeral service at 10:30 AM. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
