Age 54, of Frankfort, passed away Thursday, December 29, 2011. Dear son of Robert Sieber and Frances nee Scherr; Beloved husband of Renee nee Fiedor; loving father of: Joshua (Kathleen) Mathews, Jerome (Smiriti) Mathews, Amber Mathews, Ashley (Michael) Englert, and Rebecca Mathews; cherished grandfather of: Austin and Chase Mathews; fond brother of Henry (Valerie) Mathews, Andrew Mathews. Sam was a member of Parkview Christian Church, and an Army Veteran. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 from 3 until 8pm with a Funeral Service beginning at 6 pm at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423. Interment Private.
