SAMMY J. PERRY
Age 83, of Orland Hills, passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2013 in Palos Heights, IL. Beloved husband of: Mary Ann nee Insalata; loving father of: Samuel (Paula) Perry, Celeste Perry, and Michael (Roberta DeYoung) Perry; cherished grandfather of: Kristyn, Nicolette, Anthony, Isabella, Matthew, Leah, Micah, Anna Marie, and Anwyn Ruth. Sammy was an Army Veteran. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd., New Lenox, IL., 60451 on Sunday, March 3, 2013 from 2-8 PM. Funeral service Monday, March 4, 2013 at 10:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
