Age 80, of Mokena, IL formerly of Matteson, IL passed away on Monday, June 10, 2013 in Mokena with his family at his side. Beloved husband of: Julie nee Kavis; loving father of: Lisa (John) Nolan, Christopher Wibel, and Andrew Wibel; cherished grandfather of: Chris Wibel; dear brother-in-law of: Linda (Bill) Kubiak; fond uncle of: Kirk and Kevin; and several loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his brothers: Dean and Bud Cornell. Ron was a Korean War Air Force Veteran. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Thursday, June 13, 2013 from 3-8 PM. Funeral Service on Friday June 14, 2013 at 8:30 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
