Richard E. Bendy
84, of New Lenox, passed away on Friday, October 23, 2015. Beloved husband of Marilyn nee Husayko; loving father of Jeff (Jennifer) Bendy, Mike (Pam) Bendy, and Andy (Kristine) Bendy; cherished grandfather and great-grandfather. Rich was a retired Chicago Firefighter, avid golfer, and Navy Veteran. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451, on Sunday, October 25, 2015 from 2-8 PM. Funeral service Monday, October 26, 2015 with chapel prayers at 9:15 AM to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 416 North Chicago St., Joliet, IL 60432 for a 10:00 AM Funeral Service. Interment private.
