76, of Joliet, passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2015. Beloved husband of Margaret nee Donovan; loving father of John Brown and James (Angelique) Brown; cherished grandfather of Kaitlyn, Colin, Ryan, Robert, Jillian, and Meghan. He was preceded in death by his parents Morris and Helen Brown nee Rose. Charlie was a Herald News dispatcher for 43 years, and an avid sports fan. He was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church and member of the Knights of Columbus #10926. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd. New Lenox, IL 60451 on Friday, February 13, 2015 from 3-8PM. Funeral Service Saturday, February 14, 2015 with chapel prayers at 10:00 AM to St. Jude Catholic Church, 241 W. 2nd Ave., New Lenox, IL 60451 for a 10:30 AM Mass of Christian Burial.
