Mary Jane Erickson, loving mother of four and a longtime resident of Frankfort died May 31st, 2023.

Mary was born in Chicago December 27, 1938. She attended Fenger High School class of 1957. She was a flight attendant at Capital Airlines early in her career, and then dedicated her time to raising her children and serving the community. She was an active member of St. Anthony's church, spent many years delivering meals to those in need and supported several local charities. She worked for several years as a bookkeeper supporting a local business and was also engaged in the school district, serving as the PTA president at one time.

Mary is survived by her four sons, Eric (Cathy) of Manhattan, IL, Carl (Suzy) of Bourbonnais, IL, Glen (Jennifer) of Mamaroneck, NY, and David (Denise) of Green Valley, AZ. She has seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. (Ashley, Courtney, Brandy, Melanie Sydney, Emma, Dylan, and Lilith).

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Donald & Katherine Hoshaw (Banach), husband, Eric Erickson, siblings, Donald Hoshaw and Robert Hoshaw.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Friday, June 2nd, 2023 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral service, Saturday, June 3rd, 2023 at 12:30 PM at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 7659 W. Sauk Trail, Frankfort, IL 60423. Interment, Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Frankfort, IL 60423.
