Margaret Raley

Margaret F. Raley (nee Haskins)
85, born in Pellville, KY, peacefully transitioned on 7/3/12 in Joliet, IL with her daughters by her side. Her family's matriarch, Margaret was the most beloved wife, mother, and Nana. When asked what she wanted to be remembered for, Margaret answered, "For my loyalty, and for family. My family was most important." Margaret's caring spirit will live on through the hearts she touched, especially those of her sisters, Jo Payne and Dora Dickens, her daughters, Joann Raley and Julianne Kocielko, her grandchildren, her great-grandchildren, and the pup she called her "brown sugar baby," Augie. On 7/14/12, Margaret's 69th wedding anniversary to her late husband Robert Raley, Margaret's life will be celebrated in a graveside service in her hometown, where she will be laid to rest with her husband and their son Stephen Raley.
