101 of New Lenox passed away Sunday, September 12, 2021. Margaret was born in Chicago, IL to the late James and Sarah (nee Kane) Carroll. Beloved wife of the late Raymond F. Hoffmann; loving mother of Susan (Clifford) Yaeger, Ronald (Kirsi) Hoffmann, Robert Hoffmann, Raymond Hoffmann, Thomas (Sylvia) Hoffmann, and the late Kathleen (late Robert) Elliott; cherished grandmother of 19; proud great-grandmother of 30; loved aunt of numerous nieces and nephews. Margaret taught in the Chicago Public Schools for over 30 years. She was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, New Lenox. Margaret will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
