Louis M. Unger, age 82 of Tinley Park formerly of Chicago, passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2016. Loving husband of Renetta (Nawrocki) Unger; beloved father of Robert (Erick) Unger; dearest brother of Fred (Wanda) Unger; dear uncle of Lois Robinson, Laura Gudzinski and Lisa Avery; fond brother-in-law of Barbara Sofos and Virginia McCambridge. Louis was a member of the Fraternal Order of Masons for 50 years. Family will receive friends on Saturday, November 17, 2018 from 1:00 PM until 7:00 PM with a prayer service in the funeral home chapel at 7:00 PM. Interment will be held privately at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Alzheimer Association or Divine Hospice would be appreciated.
