Age 88, of Frankfort passed away Monday, April 1^st, 2024 at her home in Frankfort.                     

Lois is survived by her loving family, son, Dave (Valerie Woodkirk) De Porto, sister, Delores (Dale) Krohn, grandchildren, Christa (Joel) Belseth, Kelsey De Porto, Ryan De Porto, great grandchildren, Emerson Belseth, Owen Belseth, nieces and nephews, Bill (Paula) Krohn, Don (Kathy) Krohn, Diane (Larry) Leff and Carol (John) Johnson.   

Lois was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert & Beulah Minger (Meyer), husband, Wesley De Porto, son, Roger De Porto, sister, Ruth Minger and niece Karen De Porto.

Lois was a member of St. Peter’s United Church of Christ in Frankfort.  She greatly enjoyed gardening, sewing and spending time with her grandchildren, especially her great grandchildren. 

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Saturday, April 6^th, 2024 from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 12:00 PM.  Interment, Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Frankfort IL.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Frankfort Food Pantry would be greatly appreciated.
