Logan John Mentzer
22, of Manhattan, passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2013. Beloved son of: Jan Mentzer and Carl (Christine) Mentzer; cherished grand-son of: Judith (late Merle) Mentzer and the late Ester (late Harold Jr.) Nichols; dear brother of: Dane (Nikki) Mentzer, Bethany, Helaina, and Mariah Mentzer; adoring uncle of: Skylar and Keighley Mentzer; Logan was also survived by his loving girlfriend: Jen O'Hare; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451, on Monday, June 24, 2013 from 3-9 PM. Funeral service Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 10:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment St. John's Cemetery, Mokena, IL.
