Lauren Marion Ledvina

Lauren M. Ledvina (Delia), age 28, passed away on March 6, 2026. She is survived by her loving husband Dakota and her two daughters Georgia (18mo) and Nora (20 days), mother Maryellen Boyle Delia, late father Daniel Delia and two siblings Elizabeth and Patrick Delia. Lauren just 2 weeks postpartum, was taken by ambulance to the hospital suffering from an excruciating headache. An irreparable central brain bleed was found, leaving Lauren brain dead at such a young age. Lauren was everyones favorite friend & family member, but her greatest chapter had been marrying her best friend and having two beautiful babies. Lauren thrived being a mother and although her time with them was cut far too short, her light will continue to shine for them from heaven. Lauren also being the beautiful soul that she was, successfully donated her organs to 7 successful matches through the Gift of Hope organization.

There will be a visitation service held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 Francis Road, New Lenox IL 60451 on Saturday March 14, 2026 from 3-8 p.m.
