94, late of New Lenox formerly of Burbank, passed away Sunday, August 17, 2014. Loving mother of Michael (April) Giels and Peg (Scott) Jucha; beloved grandmother of Callie and Carla Giels; dearest daughter of the late Michael and Catherine (nee O'Connell) Collins. Family will receive friends on Friday, August 22, 2014 from 3-8Pm at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd New Lenox IL 60451. Funeral services on Saturday, August 23, 2014 in the funeral home chapel at 9:30AM leaving for St. Jude Catholic Church, 241 W. Second Ave. New Lenox 60451 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM . Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Hillside. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
