Karen Rose Bruno, age 72 a resident of Matteson formerly of Oak Forest, passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. Loving wife of John L. Bruno; beloved mother of Julie (Brian) Gill, Nicole Bruno, Lou J. Bruno and Amanda (Mike) Johnston; dearest sister of the late Henry Tassone; cherished grandmother of Marisa, Hailey and Logan. Karen enjoyed playing the piano. A visitation will be at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, from 12:00 PM until 3:00 PM with a funeral service at 3:00PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the American Heart Association would be appreciated.
