Judith A. Valentino (nee Marinko)

Age 76, a New Lenox resident of over 46 years, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at Palos Community Hospital, Palos Heights, IL. Judy was born in Phillips, WI to the late Edward and Emily (nee Fasko) Marinko. Beloved wife of Joseph V. Valentino; loving mother of Carole (Tim Doran) Hyatt, Edward (Holly) Valentino, Nicole (Jeff) Eggener, and Deanna Valentino; cherished grandmother of Austin Hyatt, Mitchell Hyatt, Gage (fiancée Brianna Sneed) Valentino, Christina Valentino, Piper Eggener, and Reece Eggener; dear sister of Edward (Carol) Marinko and Millicent (Ross) Olsby; loved aunt of numerous nieces and nephews.

Judy was a self-employed cosmetologist for over 50 years. She was a member of C.C.W. at St. Jude Catholic Church, New Lenox, IL and a member of the Lincoln-Way Area Business Women’s Organization. Judy will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd, New Lenox, IL on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, from 3pm – 8pm. Funeral Services Wednesday, July 12, 2023, with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30am then to St. Jude Catholic Church, New Lenox for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am. Interment will be private.
